Rule number 16: Use protein preparations
Proteins are the most important nutrient for muscle mass creation. In order to maximize your protein intake, at least two of your 5-6 meals during the day should consist of protein cocktail in form of whey protein. Considerable advantage of protein preparations as compared to more resistant proteins (like e.g. meat or poultry) consists in that they are more easily absorbed, they burden less your digestive system and do not contain almost any unhealthy fats. You will certainly be glad too to be able to control the size of your portions with gram precision and define your energy intake and the amount of nutrients in that way. The most beneficial protein preparations for muscle mass grow are 100% Whey Protein, CFM Whey Protein Isolate, World No.1 (the purest and highest quality protein) or Whey Protein Actions 85. Two most important moments for consumption of the protein cocktail are: the time just before training and within 60 minutes after training.
Rule number 17: Start your testosterone
Workout increases the level of testosterone, a hormone stimulating muscle mass creation, and it rises the density of testosterone receptors in the muscles. Thus it allows subsequent better use of testosterone. But the training-provoked production of testosterone will decrease after several weeks. Then the time comes for testosterone boosters, e.g. Anabolic Booster, TribuMax (Tribulus Terrestris 90% saponines) and Tribulus Terrestris. If you take 500 mg TribuMax or Tribulus Terestris from Aminostar an hour before exercise, you will increase the amount of luteinizing hormone that will subsequently increase the testosterone level. Besides, by taking simultaneously 1000 mg of vitamin C (Aminostar Vitamín C 1000) after exercise, you can reduce the level of cortisol, a hormone released during exercise that suppresses the absorption of testosterone in the muscles. The final effect consists in improved action and production of testosterone, leading to more muscle power, regeneration and bigger muscle mass.
