Gain Star contains a complex of saccharides ranging from the quick-acting (fructose, dextrose) to the slow-acting (maltodextrin) which replenish You with glycogen to prevent by doing so the muscles from gradual disintegration. Simultaneously, the muscle building proteins contained in Gain Star are readily transported into muscles where they trigger the anabolic growth process. Creatin monohydrate will facilitate widening of blood vessels helping in turn the nutrients to penetrate readily into muscles. Ingredients: dried whey, collagen hydrolysate, fructose, dextrose, maltodextrine, creatine monohydrate, calcium caseinate, sucrasweet (sweetener: sucralose/maltodextrine 1/10), cocoa powder (chocolate flavour), aroma, acidifying agent: citric acid, L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, dye (flavour forest fruit – extract from red beet, cocoa, orange – tartrazine, Ponceau 4R, extract from red beet).
Dosage: primary daily dose - 50 g (2 scoops) of powder 3 times a day, optimally within 45 minutes after waking up (with breakfast); 10 minutes before training and 30 minutes after it. Gauge the dose (50 g of powder) by the measure; pour it into the Aminostar shaker with 250 ml of light non saturated water and slowly mix, until the cocktail is smooth and creamy.
