Effects of BoneStar Gelatine XXL:
- mitigates impacts of stressed joint and ligament system wear and tear
- contributes effectively to joint and ligament tissue mobility, supporting their strength
- is beneficial for correct joint functionality
- helps to maintain the skin firm and elastic
- supports healthy growth of hair, nails and skin

Ingredients: collagen gelatin hydrolyzate, gelatine capsule (gelatine, dye: titanium dioxide, red iron oxide), anticaking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

Dosage: basic daily dose is 2-4 capsules. In sport or heavy training load for the musculoskeletal system, use 6 capsules per day distributed among meals. Long-term, at least 2-3 month use is recommended. Combination with BoneStar Sport and/or BoneStar liquid is advisable.
